Every item listed below should be hidden out of sight.

• Front and back exterior trash cans (put in garage)
• Front and back exterior hoses, rakes, shovels, etc..
• Any interior trash cans (put in closest closet or again in garage)
• Dish soaps and sponges
• Food and drinks
• Countertop kitchen appliances (exceptions would be kitchen aid mixers and keurig coffee makers)
• Kitchen towels and wash rags (also includes bathroom wash rags)
• Eating utensils
• Pet beds, toys, blankets, cages, food and water dishes, etc..(also includes pet itself)
• Bathroom toiletries and oral care products
• Plungers and toilet brushes
• Shower gels and shampoos
• Facial tissue boxes
• Any recently used shower towels
• Personal information such as account numbers, bank statements, bills, etc..
• Any photographs you don’t want shown
• Any and all seasonal items (e.g. valentines decor)
• Decorative licensed items (e.g. emoji pillows)
• Ladders and stepping stools
• Floor fans and box fans

Once all items above are out of sight, please clean and tidy all rooms and make sure any additional clutter is removed prior to the appointment time. Also, 10 to 15 minutes before the appointment, please turn on all lights and open all shutters or blinds.
